GENERAL
CONDITIONS:

Each student must send the Application Form by fax, E-Mail or through
our website (click on Application
Form).

Once we receive your application form, we will send you an e-mail
confirming you all reservations in course, accommodation and other
requested services (such us airport transfer, Tango program, etc.).
This e-mail will include payment procedures.

All expenses regarding all payments will be paid by the applicant.

All payments must be made in US Dollars. Please ask for payment
options. In Ushuaia and Chile we offer partner schools, so our prices
can be higher because of our commission.
- The maximum number of students per group class is six (in Buenos
Aires , Córdoba and Chile) and five (in Patagonia, Bariloche
and Ushuaia).

For
group courses: if a suitable group class is not available, you may
begin with private classes upon arrival and join a suitable group
later (4 group classes are the equivalent of 3 private classes).

All lodging prices include electricity, water, gas and tax expenses.

The course price does not include insurance, thus we recommend students
to take an insurance policy.

Any change on reservations or cancellations must be informed to
Argentina Idioma Español.

Program Changes - Spanish courses: we do not charge additional costs
for program changes. Please inform us as soon as possible. This
is very important to arrange the new schedule for the Spanish course.
Students have to inform with a prior notice of 1 week or more.

No
refunds after program started. We can credit/postpone your classes
for later on if needed. We do not charge additional costs for program
changes.

If you want to extend your program, please inform us as soon as
possible. This is very important for course and accommodation scheduling.

Accommodation in Ushuaia at bed&breakfast: It is an exclusive
service for our students. They have an incredibly high demand, so
we only confirm the bookings after payment. Once we receive your
payment we will confirm your private room at bed&breakfast for
your requested dates, and any change of dates and/or refunds are
not allowed. Consider that all people visit Ushuaia in our Summer
months and all accommodation options are full, so bed&breakfasts
do not allow to change the dates of your bookings. Should there
be an unforeseen event in the bed&breakfast prior to your arrival
that make your stay there impossible, we will change your bed&breakfast
for another bed&breakfast with the same characteristics. You
will be notified of any changes. All the bed&breakfast we offer
in Ushuaia have the same characteristics.
