GENERAL
CONDITIONS:

Each student must send the Application Form by fax, E-Mail or
through our website (click on Application
Form).

- Once we receive your application form, we will book all your
requested services within one working day. We will send you an
e-mail showing all bookings for course, accommodation and other
requested services (such us airport transfer, Tango program, etc.).
This e-mail will include payment procedures.

- OUR GUARANTEE!: We can credit/postpone your classes for later
on if needed, without additional costs. We do not charge additional
costs for program changes. For classes we request a previous notice
of one week (at least 7 days) or more. For homestay we request
a previous notice of 2 weeks or more. Please inform us as soon
as possible. This is very important for course and accommodation
scheduling. This way students never miss one class because they
can take their credit for classes and homestay, without expiration
date. All credits can be used for the same student or for another
person authorized by the student. This way you never miss your
bookings.

- All expenses regarding all payments will be paid by the applicant.

- All payments must be made in US Dollars. Please ask for payment
options.

- The maximum number of students per group class is six (in Buenos
Aires , Córdoba and Chile) and five (in Patagonia, Bariloche
and Ushuaia).

- For group courses: if a suitable group class is not available,
you may begin with private classes upon arrival and join a suitable
group later (4 group classes are the equivalent of 3 private classes).

- All lodging prices include electricity, water, gas and tax expenses.

- Course price does not include insurance, thus we recommend students
to take an insurance policy.

- Any change on reservations or cancellations must be informed
to A.I.E.

- PROGRAM CHANGES (for Spanish program and/or homestay: change
of date or change of type of Spanish program): We can credit/postpone
your classes/homestay for later on if needed, without additional
costs. We do not charge additional costs for program changes.
For classes we request a previous notice of one week (at least
7 days) or more. For homestay we request a previous notice of
2 weeks or more. Please inform us as soon as possible. This is
very important for course and accommodation scheduling. This way

- If you want to extend your program, please inform us as soon
as possible. This is very important for course and accommodation
scheduling.

- PRIVATE APARTMENTS: It is an exclusive service for our students.
The apartments are available for two students or only one person.
If you come alone, you do not have to share the apartment. They
have an incredibly high demand, hence we allocate them on a "first
come-first serve" basis. Once we receive your application
form we will book a private apartment for your requested dates.
You will receive an e-mail with all apartment details, address
and information. Apartment bookings are only confirmed after payment.
Once we receive your payment we will confirm your apartment booking
for your requested dates, and any change of dates and/or refunds
are not allowed. No exceptions. Should there be an unforeseen
event in the apartment prior to your arrival that make your stay
there impossible, we will change your apartment booking for another
apartment with the same characteristics. You will be notified
of any changes. All our private apartments have the same characteristics.

- CANCELLATION of Spanish program and/or homestay: Consider that
out main goal is to assure you availaility for your requested
dates, so we must apply these policies without exceptions:
A- Notice of cancellation: more than one month before start date
or arrival date: Cancellation fee: 5% of the total amount + registration
fee. Remainder of payments will be refunded according to the point
number 15 (see below).
B- Notice of cancellation: four weeks until two weeks before start
date or arrival date: Cancellation fee: 10% of the total amount
+ registration fee. Remainder of payments will be refunded will
be refunded according to the point number 15 (see below).
C- Notice of cancellation: less than two weeks before start date
or arrival date, or after program started: No refunds. We can
credit/postpone your classes/homestay for later on if needed,
without additional costs. We do not charge additional costs for
program changes. For classes we request a previous notice of one
week (at least 7 days) or more. For homestay we request a previous
notice of 2 weeks or more.

- All refunds will be made by bank transfer. All bank charges
must be incurred by the student. All refunds have an administrative
charge of 10% of the total amount refunded.
