ENROLLMENT PROCESS: The enrollment process is easy and fast. Students have to
fill out the online Application Form
(Application Form) and
then we book all requested services in advance (course, accommodation, airport
transfer, etc). We will send you all this information by e-mail, in order to confirm
and show you all your bookings, including payment procedures. In this way we can
guarantee the exact type of program you request, offering the best service.

- National
Holidays:
Classes missed on holidays will be recovered taking additional
hours during the remaining days of the week. When a holiday occurs
in the middle of a course, students can take more hours/minutes
before or after the holiday to make up for the vacation days.
You will always receive 100% of the class time that you pay for.
Holidays for Argentina for 2011 are: Mar 7-8, Mar 24-25, Apr 22,
May 25, Jun 20, Aug 15, Oct 10, Nov 28, Dec 8-9.
Holidays for Argentina for 2012 are: Feb 20, Apr 2, Apr 6, Apr 30, May 1, May 25, Jun 20, Jul 9, Dec 8, Dec 25.

OUR GUARANTEE!: We can credit/postpone your classes for later on if needed, without
additional costs. We do not charge additional costs for program changes. For classes
we request a previous notice of one week (at least 7 days) or more. For homestay
we request a previous notice of 2 weeks or more. Please inform us as soon as possible.
This is very important for course and accommodation scheduling. This way students
never miss one class because they can take their credit for classes and homestay,
without expiration date. All credits can be used for the same student or for another
person authorized by the student. This way you never miss your bookings. -
All our host families are carefully selected and have been recommended by our
former students. All students should inform us or the host family in advance of
their approximate time of arrival. -
Course price does not include insurance, thus we recommend students to take an
insurance policy. -
Airport pick-up service: The flight information (place, date, hour and flight
number) must be confirmed in writing via e-mail at least 4 days prior to arrival.
Otherwise, we will not be held responsible for picking up the student at the airport.
- PRIVATE APARTMENTS:
It is an exclusive service for our students. The apartments are available for
1, 2, 3 or 4 students. If you come alone, you do not have to share the apartment.
They have an incredibly high demand, hence we allocate them on a "first come-first
serve" basis. Once we receive your application form we will book a private
apartment for your requested dates. You will receive an e-mail with all apartment
details, address and information. Apartment bookings are only confirmed after
payment a deposit of 30% The remaining amount can be paid at the apartment. -
The registration fee is always charged and it is valid for all our locations,
and this will be charged one life time: if you come in a different year or date
you do not have to pay the registration fee again. The registration fee is valid
for all our locations and it will be charged only one time, per student. Before
